• How long will it take for my order to ship?
    Orders are shipped out on a first-in-first-out scenario.  Processing times will vary based on then number of orders in front of yours.  Also, due to the fresh nature of our products ALL orders are made on demand.  We do not have back stock of any items.  Please allow 2-weeks for your order to be processed and shipped.

 

  • What is “Rush Processing?”
    Selecting “Rush Processing” on our order form will place your order in front of any other currently pending orders as described in the above first-in-first-out scenario.  The Rush Processing queue will operate in the same first-in-first-out manner.

 

  • How will my order be shipped?
    ALL orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made.

 

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive once shipped?
    That depends on where you live.  All orders will ship from Amsterdam, MO.

 

  • Do you offer any sort of tracking information or shipping confirmation?
    No, we do not.  Tracking every single package would not be cost effective, however, we will do delivery confirmation on random orders to ensure they arrived safely.

 

  • What type of packaging will it arrive in?
    All orders will be shipped discretely in small USPS Priority Mail boxes.

 

  • Can I cancel or stop an order that’s already been placed?
    Once the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.  If the order has not been shipped we can cancel the order.

 

  • I made a mistake on the order form and need to correct it, how do I do that?
    If your order has already been submitted then please use our Contact Form to make corrections.  Once the order has shipped no corrections can be made.

 

  • I would like to leave comments about my experience with TGS, how do I do that?
